An Unlikely Path to NLP
Micheal's background is not what you'd expect. He holds a First Class Honours degree in Physics — a discipline built on evidence, precision, and scepticism. It was that same rigorous mindset that led him, in 2001, to take NLP seriously when others dismissed it.
The question that started everything was simple: why do some people consistently succeed while others, with equal talent, consistently don't? He studied the research, tested the techniques on himself, and the results were undeniable. His career, relationships, health, confidence — every area shifted.
By 2005 he was teaching it. Not because it was trendy, but because it worked — and he wanted others to have access to the same tools.

What Makes the Training Different

His new Time Heals Paradigm, launching as part of the October 2026 NLP Practitioner Certification, represents over a decade of refinement — a framework for deep, lasting change that goes beyond anything in the standard NLP curriculum.
